I will give you the obvious method of changing a files name first and then the alternative method. You probably already know about right clicking on a file while in Windows Explorer and choosing rename, but are you aware that you can rename a file by double clicking on it. “Wait”, you say, “double clicking on a file will open the file” you exclaim. True. However, try using two single clicks. It might take you a couple of try’s until you get those clicks down, but slow down and left click twice. It seems to work better if you apply two single clicks to files names
